Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, and profile details you provide.
- Meetings data: meeting title, time, and description created in the app.
- Google OAuth tokens (optional): if a user connects Google Calendar, we store OAuth tokens to perform calendar synchronization.
How we use Google Calendar access
If a user connects Google Calendar, we use the permission to create, update, and delete meeting events in that user’s Google Calendar. This is used only for syncing meetings the user is assigned to within the platform.
Data storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for calendar synchronization. Users can disconnect at any time, which removes stored tokens.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
