This Privacy Policy explains how Xcutify (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information. Our platform helps teams manage projects, tasks, and meetings. Users may optionally connect Google Calendar to sync meeting events.
If a user connects Google Calendar, we use the permission to create, update, and delete meeting events in that user’s Google Calendar. This is used only for syncing meetings the user is assigned to within the platform.
OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for calendar synchronization. Users can disconnect at any time, which removes stored tokens.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
